These manuals were used by Pilots and Senior Flight Engineers during the latter stages of the test programme and immediately prior to the aircraft going into commercial service. This is a collection of 16 manuals that date from 1973. They were developed to train engineering and flight crew prior to the aircraft going into commercial service. They provide fascinating reading which is easily accessible to the non technical reader and each manual describes in detail the form and function of an area of Concorde tecnology such as the Droop Nose or Flight Deck.

Concorde Component Location Handbook

This must be the ultimate manual for any collector of Concorde Aircraft parts as not only is is highly collectable in it's own right it's 240 pages are packed full with detailed diagrams of all Concorde's components each clearly labeled and named and the location on the aircraft specified. This was produced in 1975 to assist th training We wish we'd come across this a long time ago. We have two of these and we are offering one for sale.

SOLD Concorde Flight Crew Training Manual

This Flight Crew Training Manual dates initially from the 1974. Like all such manuals it has had updates added and the inserts show it was updated regularly up until 1976 when commercial service started. This was the principle manual used to train Concorde Pilots and Engineering Officers and includes fascinating exercises and assesment tests as well as detailed instructions on how to fly Concorde. Must be the ultimate accessory for any MS Flight Simulator Concorde enthusiasts. Includes extensive diagrams and and fold out sheets. This is 'Part 1' which was used by Pilots and Flight Engineers. Part 2 was for use by Instructors only. This is a very substantial manual with approximately 400 pages.

SOLD Concorde Flight Crew Operating Manuals - Vols 1 & 2

These very substantial volumes are the primary Operating Manuals for Concorde Pilots and Engineering officers. The latest updates to them are in Jan 1976 and this manual was used by Flight Crew training on Concorde immediately prior to the first commercial flights. Each manual has aproximately 800 pages divided into multiple sections covering the complete range of normal operation and emergency scenarios.

SOLD Concorde Checklist Book

From late 1975 this book containing the full set of concorde checklists has been well thumbed and has many minor handwritten annotations and corrections from the flight crew that used it during their training nd in the development of procedures for commercial flight adding to it's historic interest.

SOLD Concorde Emergency/Abnormal Drills Lists

This manual contains the complete set of Emergency/Abnormal Drills developed during 1974 and 1975. The procedures have many pencilled in annotations written by the flight crew during 75/75. Each procedure/Drill is individually dated and show procedures ranging from Engine Fire to Ditching. More than just a theoretical book the flight crew member who used this book had to instigate these emergency procedures to deal with an engine fire on the ground during the test programme.

SOLD Concorde Flight Cruise Control and Endurance Data

This manual is dated July 1975 and was developed by BA prior to taking tha aircraft into commercial service. The date was produced on extended flights over the Bay of Biscay and Atlantic as well as during Concordes long distance 'sales' trips made at the time. It contains large amounts of data related to fuel consumption and flight planning including endurance expectations in the event of single or double engine failures. Lots of charts and graphs and tables make this quite a technical manual but it's 100 or so pages contain a wealth of data about cruise flight in Concorde under both normal and abnormal conditions.

SOLD Concorde BA Training Manual

The 1000 or pages that make up this enormous original ring binder comprise the complete set of lecture notes that made up the traing programme for Concorde Engineers in the year before the first commercial flights. If you want to learn everything there is to learn about Concorde this is it. Extensive drawings and illustrations with detail training notes make this the most comprehensive Concorde manual we have seen.
