Concorde Collectables Ltd. A UK Registered Limited Company. With our origins in the world of trading in airline inflight service products the team running Concorde Collectables have been selling authentic Concorde and other aircraft collectables online since 1999. We operate from our own warehouse near London Heathrow Airport from where we have been privileged to watch the fantastic spectacle of Concorde landing on a daily basis.

We specialise in original authentic items that were made for inflight service or form part of the aircraft itself. We are not in the business of putting a logo on recently manufactured items to produce 'souvenirs' that have no real connection with the aircraft. Most of the items we are selling have been purchased directly from British Airways or British Aerospace and associated agencies. When these items have gone there will be no more which makes them unique and rare collectables.

Concorde Collectables have been featured extensively in the media. All the items we sell come from used parts no longer needed or inflight products that became surplus to requirement. In response to an often voiced concern we would emphasise that none of these magnificent planes are being broken up to sell off in pieces and while details are yet to be announced we expect all remaining aircraft to be preserved intact in selected museums.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING NOTES APPLY ONLY TO ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR ONLINE STORE. ITEMS PURCHSED THROUGH OUR AUCTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SET OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS IN COMMON IN AUCTION SALES. PLEASE REFER TO THE DETAILS AVAILABLE WHEN BIDDING.

PURCHASING: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart specifying the quantity you require. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

PAYMENT: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Due to the high processing cossts we do not accept American Express. We are based in the UK and our pricing is based in UK sterling. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency using their exchange rates at the time of the transaction. The US Dollar amounts shown in our store are an estimate only and may not exactly match the US Dollar amount charged to you by your credit card company.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You may also provide your credit card information via phone, fax, or regular mail. We do not store unencryted credit card information anywhere at any time - ever. Please do not email Credit Card details to us as this is not a secure method on any web site.

Delivery Schedule. We normally despatch your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Your order will nornally reach you within 3 business days of despatch if you are in the UK. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. Th eoriginal photographs are all made to order from the original negatives and where requested need to be signed by the photographer an dthis process may take up to 5 working days so please allow a little extra time when ordering these.

Tax Charges. VAT is charged at 17.5% for all items shipped within the UK or EU. There is no VAT on items that are shipped outside of these areas.

Guarantee We guarantee that all our products are as described. As these are all genuine and in some cases 'used' items from the original Concorde aircraft it is important for you to note carefully the descriptions. If for any reason you feel that any of our otems are not as decribed we will of course accept their return and provide a replacement or refund as required upon return of the goods in their original condition.
